What the heck is this?

Off My Plate - AI for overloaded humans.

Off My Plate is here to help you use AI in a way that actually helps, without making your life feel more complicated.

Because I do not think most people need AI to become more productive. I think most people need AI to help with the stuff already taking up too much room in their brain.

  • The dinner decision.

  • The email you keep avoiding.

  • The appointment you forgot to schedule.

  • The kid logistics.

  • The messy brain dump.

  • The "wait, what was I doing again?"

The invisible little things that somehow become yours to carry. That is what Off My Plate is about.

It is NOT:

  • Becoming a tech person.

  • Optimizing every second of your existence.

  • Turning yourself into some weird productivity experiment.

I am interested in the kind of AI that makes regular life feel lighter:

  • Less mental clutter.

  • Fewer annoying little decisions.

  • More clarity.

  • More realistic support.

Soon, I will show you how to build what I call a Chief of Me: ChatGPT with enough context about your real life to actually help.

Think of it as a practical thought partner for life, work, family, and all the things living rent-free in your head.

Generic ChatGPT gives advice. A Chief of Me gives relief.

To get started, reply and tell me:

What would you want AI to take off your plate first?

  1. Untangle my brain

  2. Plan my week

  3. Write my emails or texts

  4. Reduce household mental load

  5. Make dinner less annoying

  6. Help me make decisions

  7. Create content without overthinking it

  8. Something else (tell me more!)

  9. All of it (totally acceptable answer)
